In case you missed the announcement yesterday, be sure to be keenly aware of the fact that WRVU now has their very own iPhone App. After years of streaming exclusively with the soul sucking RealPlayer technology you have to give them a hand for turning around some serious embracement of new delivery techniques. Now you can listen to your favorite shows from anywhere – not just near a radio dial or in front of a computer.
Next on the checklist of requested goodies from them: more Community DJ’s, deep archives of shows and a logo / icon that doesn’t make me cringe. But for now – huge pat on the back for the launch of the app.
