This year Halloween falls on a weekend. Which means that there are a lot of options to fill your evening. From QDP Halloween at Marathon to My So-Called Band Halloween at Cannery to Festival of Ghouls at Oz arts to Spencer Cullum & Skyway Man playing Wicker Man in the woods to, well, a very long list of options.. it’s a great problem to have! We fully endorse hopping around safely throughout the evening but also suggest you consider setting up shop the Groove Records all day long and enjoying the offerings of Spooky Ghoul Fest II.
Started back in 2019, the festival is a combination marketplace, costume competition and set of spooky performances. Things kick off at 2pm on Saturday the 30th over at 1103 Calvin Ave (aka The Groove) and they’ve got a schedule that maintains a good level of activity well into the night. There will be food trucks courtesy of Gambling Stick BBQ & The Mac Shack and free beer from Yazoo. DJ’s Kerry Campbell, DJ Ichabod will be playing throughout the event alongside host Dr. Gangrene. Check out the itinerary below and keep up with updates over at @thegroovenashville on Instagram.
