Carter Administration Lake Fever Session

One thing that I’ve always enjoyed about The Carter Administration is that whenever they play you get a sense that they don’t really care if you’re there or not. That’s not to say that they don’t appreciate your attendance or attention but they are having a great time just playing music together, the fact that there’s an audience is just a bonus. Their Lake Fever Session is much the same (particularly with all the great banter); you can tell they are just enjoying themselves. This is an attribute that more bands need to take note of as it makes the whole experience better for everyone. Oh yea, and they craft a damn fine pop-rock song too.

JT Daly has The Key

JT Daly (aka principle member of Paper Route) has released a free download of his take on the now-late Kindercastle track “The Key.” It’s sort of a cover and sort of a remix but most certainly something to be taken note of and enjoyed by your ears this fine Friday. So, do yourself a favor and go download it.
