Solo artist Lillie Mae has been, up to this point, known mostly for her contributions to other projects – namely as a multi-instrumentalist for Jack White’s backing band. She’ll be releasing her solo album, Forever and Then Some, on Third Man Records on April 14th, which you can pre-order here.
Long story short, the first track is available to hear courtesy of this Elise Tyler directed video. I’ve always been a fan of her aesthetic (if you don’t know her Instagram, please hop on that now) and the video is a perfect match for her style.
