The debut from this Nashville native sometimes sounds like Bjork Lite, which isn’t a bad thing: On cuts such as “Pictures on the Sidewalk,” Tidwell works up slo-mo prettiness via fairly restrained vocal swoops and swoons and absorbing electro-folk arrangements. And though snooziness creeps in, her tune sense stays strong throughout.
