As promised, De Novo Dahl have released the first EP in a series of upcoming free releases. There’s a full-length record (Tigerlion) on the horizon but the item of the moment is the Bobby Thompson Reels, Volume One – a four track EP comprised of compositions derived from found reel-to-reel tapes of the late Bobby Thompson; De Novo Dahl’s Rob Rickman, Jr’s uncle. The story and the music are well worth investing in so I suggest heading over to the bands Bandcamp page and snagging the release (again, free) right away.
