Nashville isn’t exactly known for its hardcore scene (or its rock scene but that’s another story) but there are plenty of people make aggressive, driving, fist-pumping rock.. you just don’t hear about them often enough. Red Forest Hunter is a prime candidate in that category. Comprised of members of Serotonin, Asschapel and a number of similar now defunct bands they manage to describe their EP perfectly: “loud, fast, short, and angry.”
