I am extremely excited to have Roboctopus in town for this. If you are not familiar with chiptune music, this guy is a great intro. He really pulls some gorgeous timbres from the innately cold and limited technology of re-purposed game technology, lines of code that give way to succinct little pop nuggets. Matt Pusti’s righteous awesomeness needs no introduction, doodz been doing the electro-avant garde scene right for years and years now. Afrosaxon gets my vote for best band name i’ve heard in a while, and their soundcloud shows some promising fun to be had.
