What Up English – Does It Make Me Cruel (Full)
They teased it and now they’ve released it. Pop goodness with just the slightest edge of melancholy. Delicious.
Twiggs – Twiggs
I’m still immersing myself in the full listening experience but I’m fairly confident that readers of this site will enjoy the vibe. Great way to start your week.
What Up English – “Does It Make Me Cruel” teaser
Short and sweet.. as a teaser should be.
melt – “Everything about me is creepy”
It’s only one track but it’s enough to pique my curiosity for more. Clicked that Bandcamp “Follow” button ASAP.

Ranch Ghost and Humming House get Daytrotter sessions. Loving the Nashville sets!
You Are a Hologram – Green to Grey
It’s been a few years since You Are A Hologram have released any of their electronic infused indie rock songs but they’ve come back strong. For me, there’s a late 90’s college rock nostalgia to their style – energetic rock songs with keyboard flourishes? Yes please.
Wayne Mosh – Contagium
If you lived in Murfreesboro in the early 2000’s you may recall hearing the name Wayne Mosh; the alter-ego of Jason Moore, frontman for The Katies. Well, he’s back with a new EP that’s a perfect exercise in loose and fun-for-the-sake-of-fun.Â
Western Medication – Reflections of the Sun
Jangly Brit-Pop inspired goodness. Honestly didn’t expect this from these guys but I’m enjoying it.

Sewer Rat – Lungs
Call it a side project, call it a goof, or just call it surprisingly entertaining. All seem to be true of this duo of hip-hop-esque tracks from Calicocat released as Sewer Rat. I won’t lie, I’d enjoy more of this.
