Late summer head bobbing single from the Electric Western crew. It gets a little jammy for my taste here and there but I can see it properly burning down the right crowd and it’s a nice reminder that’s still summer.

Jonathon Kingsbury recently relaunched his website and it features a ton of photography of local bands – including plenty of stuff I’ve never seen for How I Became the Bomb, Protomen and The Features.Â
There is plenty more to see, including Backstage at Bonnaroo, Mat Kearney Tour photos and some music videos. So, get ready to spend some time with some quality imagery.
Tipper Whore – Summer Sausage
The 90’s are crazy hot right now. Just by happenstance, this new Tipper Whore video properly embraces that homebrewed, Fun For Fun’s Sake, vibe with a fully stop motioned hot dog extravaganza.Â
Black Cat Sylvester – Woo Hah! Got You All In Check
Is it a remix? Is it an atypical cover? Is it a tribute? There’s no way of properly categorizing it but this new Black Cat Sylvester IS a departure from his typical “two dudes at a turntable” video and, for that, he must be commended. The video is ridiculous but in the good, Intentionally Amusing, kind of way.
Financier – Votech (The Leech Boyz Remix)
Mystery Twins – “Ghost”
After teasing at it for a week, Mystery Twins have released their brand new video for “Ghost.” It’s a haunting, black-and-white, piece that captures the mood of the song in the most eerie manner. Absolutely gorgeous work.
Evan P Donohue – Tell Me, Sara
Another quality preview from the forthcoming Evan P Donohue release, Stairway to Evan.
Steelism – 615 to Fame Pre-Order
I am sure I will write a proper review when the album is fully released on Sept 16th but, for now, enjoy two tracks from Steelism’s forthcoming full-length, 615 to Fame. Also, take a peek at their Soundcloud to hear a few more tracks.

I’m just diving in but Unruly Factions appears to be that which WOTT yearns to be. A music blog exposing the truly worthwhile culture of Nashville. Robin Carnage, Bogus Bros, a photo blog and a helluva calendar. Consider myself a fan.
Wild Cub – “Thunder Clatter (Jensen Sportag Remix)”
If there is one thing you can count on, it’s that when Jensen Sportag is handed a remix project, they will completely reinvent the original. It’s a power combo of Nashville bands that you wouldn’t expect to collab but the results are fascinating.
The Lees Of Memory – “We Are Siamese”
John Davis, Brandon Fisher and Nick Slack make up The Lees of Memory. If you aren’t familiar with any of those names, you haven’t been paying attention. Loving the shoegaze-y vibe of this latest project from the three powerhouses.
NORM – “Moving On”
A day with a new NORM song is a good day indeed. Does this mean a full album is on the horizon or can we be satisfied with just the one morsel of enjoyable, summer, pop greatness.
