Hurts to Laugh Hosts Bang OK Bang Video Shoot
Nashville – East Nashville burnout rock duo Hurts to Laugh will host southern
sludge punkers Bang OK Bang for a show and public video shoot at the Zombie
Shop Friday, July 27 at 9:00pm. On the heels of their release of their Chemicals
EP, Bang OK Bang will shoot the first video of their career. Hurts to Laugh
became fans of Bang Ok Bang when they shared a previous bill at Springwater.“As I understand it, there will be naked women,†chirps Hurts to Laugh
bandleader Erik Dail. “They certainly bring the heat and they’re sure to get great
footage.†The concept video is for Bang OK Bang’s first single ‘Always for You’
and will be directed by Isai Jaimes and Richard Fasshauer who have credits with
comedy and hip hop video productions in Atlanta for Richie Rich Productions.
Their song has already received radio play in the UK and stateside drawing
comparisons to Motorhead and Ministry.Also on the bill is Fat Sandwich recording artist Cannomen. Tickets will be sold

Hurts to Laugh is the surf metal duo waging stoner jihad in the rhinestone buckle of
the bible belt. Lead singing lead drummer Cliff Cobain and lead guitarist Kurt Burton
have delivered four national tours, a full-length record, and two music videos. Their
connection to skateboard culture has earned them valuable press in San Francisco based
Lowcard Magazine and documented footage of their flaming drum-set at Skatopia.

bed sheets, baby bibs, and puppy sweaters.
